Decor :: Spring Flowers
Thursday, April 7, 2011 UncategorizedHave you ever seen such a perfect or easy centerpiece for a spring table ?? We found these ceramic glasses + their carrier at Canvas when we were there sourcing for another shoot (stay tuned for that one !). We knew we had to have it. Lately we’re into unique single blooms, (something the selection at Sprout makes easy), so new small vessels are always welcome–especially when they’re as sweet as this one. The flowers we bought from Sprout for this are Tulips, Ranunculus, Rabbit’s Tail, Pine Worms, and Fritillaria. All so delicate and expressive. We are loving this vibrant spring green, and slight pops of color. Oh, and there is one flower name missing. We’ve forgotten the name of the tall purple guy. Can someone help us out ?

Is it grape hyacinth? Lovely photos!
How sweet is this! I love it. I am so ready for spring flowers, I can’t even stand it. Here in rainy Portland, OR, they are just starting to make an appearance.
looks like grape hyacinth (muscari) to me too, but I can’t see it super well!
it looks like veronica to me. very pretty.
Its veronica spicata. I’ve always wanted to grow fritillaria; I love the checkerboard pattern.
This arrangement is so simple and yet so fresh and pretty! Your whole website, actually, has that lovely feeling to it!

Love this simple look. I have a very old container with 5 holes going across the top. I went out to the back yard and just picked up 5 simple blooms and it looks adorable.Thanks for the idea!
