A Charcuterie Board + Sage Infused Ricotta
We decided to keep it simple for our visit from the lovely Jessica Comingore the other day. A chartcuterie board of local, fresh ingredients and some warm Italian bread marked the perfect end to another chilly week in NYC.
Homemade ricotta is practically a staple in the Sunday Suppers kitchen, and pairs beautifully with a board of this kind. To dress it up a little, simple fry some whole sage leaves in a few tablespoons of olive oil until crispy, pour over the fresh ricotta and serve with your favorite crusty bread.
