About the meal
This dinner series is entitled ‘Land + Sea’ — as it is an ode to summertime and a sweet entry to the season. From spring’s delicate nature we move towards warmer, soft colors to reflect the season’s palate. This meal is grounded in the land and inspired by the sea. The menu is bright and lively, filled with flavors of summer. The food is served as a way to highlight both the bounty of the season and the brine of the sea — delicately balanced, elegant, and meant to be eaten al fresco or close to the outdoors on a warm, summer eve.
